Erdogan: Turkey relations with Russia are no worse than with United States

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan criticized the statement of the Secretary General of the Republican People’s Party (RNP) Kemal Kylychdaroglu regarding Russia.

He stated this at an event with the participation of youth representatives in Istanbul.

The Head of State called the attacks of Kylychdaroglu unacceptable on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“You are attacking Putin, but I will not accept this, because at the moment our relations with Russia are not behind our relations with the United States,” the Turkish leader explained.

President Erdogan added that the volume of foreign trade with Russia with Russia is greater than with the United States.
