Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with the Nigerian colleague Bola Ahmed Tinube.
According to the Directorate of Relations under the Presidential Administration, the leaders discussed bilateral relations, as well as regional and global issues.
“During the meeting, President Erdogan said that they are carefully observing the development of events in the Sachel region, Turkey will continue to share experience, ability and opportunities with Nigeria in the field of defense industry,” the report said.
The leaders of the two countries exchanged congratulations in connection with the holiday Ramazan.
