Turkey Foreign Minister Mevlyut Chavushoglu said that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans to hold telephone talks with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky, reports RIA Novosti.
“We continue efforts to achieve a steady cease-fire in Ukraine. Mr. President Erdogan plans telephone negotiations with leaders, I also lead active negotiations with my colleagues,” said Chavushoglu.
