Erzurum: An Artistic Meeting Of Youth With Masters Of Turkic World Was Held In Erzurum

In the area of ​​the Spirit of the Turkish province of Erzurum, the 8th symposium on the visual arts “Chorukh” is held, where young people met with artists from the Turkic world.

The organizers of the openier were the coordination center for the program “Capital of Tourism of the Turkic World – Erzurum” at the Organization of Economic Cooperation (OEC) and the municipality of Spiris. The venue was the Speir Museum.

The event is attended by artists from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Tatarstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Iran. Under the leadership of the art director of Yumit Yashar Gozum, the masters embody the images of Turkic and Anatolian mythology in their own manner.

Pupils of middle and senior schools of Spiru schools got the opportunity to reveal their abilities and work together with masters from different countries. At the end of the openier, about 35 works will be exhibited in the museum building.

Mayor of Spiru Akhmet Choshkun, speaking at the opening, emphasized the importance of this event for the region: “We called our program“ The Symposium of Fine Arts Chorukh of the Turkic world. ”Ten artists from different parts of the Turkic world try to reflect on the canvas not only the image of a spira, but also its atmosphere, history and ancient memory of this land.”

The head of the regional education department Ahmet Aydin thanked everyone who helped organize a meeting of children with famous masters:
