EU Called On India And Pakistan To Restraint

The European Union condemned a terrorist attack in Kashmir, as a result of which 26 people died, and called on India and Pakistan to restraint and dialogue. This is stated in the published statement of the European Service of foreign policy activities.

“The EU and its member states condemn the terrorist attack committed on April 22 in Kashmir, and the death of innocent civilians,” the document says. Brussels also called for guilty to justice.

The statement emphasizes that the EU with great concern monitors increasing voltage in the region and a possible increase in the number of victims. “The EU calls on both sides to show restraint, reduce the level of tension and abandon violence to maintain the lives of the civilian population,” the European Union said.

The document also calls for India and Pakistan to observe international law and take all possible measures to protect the civilian population. The EU expressed a willingness to cooperate with all parties in order to de -escalate the conflict.

India’s blows to Pakistan

India on May 6 struck missile strikes on the territories of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir controlled by him in response to a terrorist attack in the Pakhalgam region, which occurred on April 22. Then 26 people died.
