“The European Union will not directly participate in the war of Ukraine.” This was stated by the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel during a press conference in the fields of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly.
according to him, the EU is not involved in the war.
“One thing is to provide military support and another thing – to directly participate in the war. This does not happen and will not happen,” Borrel emphasized.
