In another match of today, Cyprus with a score of 47:26 defeated Malta. Thus, before the last round of Cyprus and Great Britain, 3 points each (yesterday they played with each other), Azerbaijan has 2 points, Malta has no glasses.
Matches of the 3rd round will take place on January 15. At 12:45, Great Britain and Malt will enter the site, at 15:00 – Azerbaijan and Cyprus.
The next qualifying round will only be the winner of the group. Considering that Malta is a clear outsider of this quartet and is unlikely to be able to beat the British, there is practically no chances for 1st place in Azerbaijan.
