The European Championship in handball among girls under 17 years old has started in Baku.
According to local media, at the group stage of the continental championship at the Baku Sports Palace, the first game was held.
After the flag of the European Handball Federation was posted on the field, the game of teams of Faroe Islands and Greece began, which took places in the group b.
The game ended with the victory of the Faroe Islands team with a score of 27: 22.
At the European Championship, 10 teams will compete in 2 groups.
