European Commission announced Marshall plan for Ukraine

The head of the European Commission Ursula von der Layen announced the initiatives of financing the restoration of Ukraine.

“We will begin to restore Ukraine. It is not only in the interests of Europe, this is our moral duty – to make a significant contribution to restoration. All financial institutions should contribute to this. I talked about this with Zelensky. Minister of Justice of Germany Marco Bushman (allowed the possibility of expropriation of the assets of Russian oligarchs to use them to restore Ukraine. In addition, the EU announced that it additionally allocates 205 million euros as humanitarian assistance. In the message of the EU representative office in Kyiv, it is noted that the total size of humanitarian aid and non -financial support provided by Ukraine in response to the Russian invasion exceeded 700 million euros.
