“We will begin to restore Ukraine. It is not only in the interests of Europe, this is our moral duty – to make a significant contribution to restoration. All financial institutions should contribute to this. I talked about this with Zelensky. Minister of Justice of Germany Marco Bushman (allowed the possibility of expropriation of the assets of Russian oligarchs to use them to restore Ukraine.
