European Parliamentary demands from Armenia to reveal mine cards

For successful mineralization of the territories of Azerbaijan, Armenia should make an obligation to exchange information. This is stated in a joint statement of the head of the delegation on relations with the South Caucasus, the deputy of the European Parliament Marina Kalyurand, the Permanent Rapporteur on Armenia, the Deputy of the European Parliament, Andrei Kovacheva and the Rapporteur in Azerbaijan, the deputy of the European Parliament of the Uzboko.

“We are saddown by the death of civilians of Azerbaijan, including two journalists, as a result of undermining on Mine in Kelbajar district. Unfortunately, this is only the last of the victims of the ground mines in the context of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict,” the statement said.

The statement also emphasizes that the parties should strive to cooperate and exchange accessible information to prevent tragedies in the future.
