The European Union agreed at the level of ambassadors in Brussels the first package of sanctions against Russia and is expected to introduce them today, February 23. This is reported to correspondents of international publications in Brussels with reference to EU diplomats.
According to Reuters and the POLITICO edition, a consistent package of sanctions, the content of which representatives of the European Union in general, told the day before, should still approve the Council of EU Foreign Ministers, but this is how diplomats say, just formality and it will be performed in the coming hours .
