European Union introduces care passports: what they will

The European Union introduces a single inner passport from July 1. The Russian BBC Service writes that a digital certificate is officially called, will be united for all EU countries a document certifying the fact of vaccinations, negative PCR test or recently transferred to Covid, confirmed in the days of the disease positive PCR.

“Catching Certificate is a symbol of the Renaissance of Shengen. Our promise is to return the European confidence and the desire to try to live, as before, inhaling the air of freedom of movement, which we are so valid and for which we missed you,” the head of the European Parliament Committee said Juan Fernando Lopez Aguilar.

The new document will free the holders from the need to make additional tests and serve quarantine when moving between the countries of the European Union. Doctors in any EU country will be able to put virtual stamps about vaccinations and tests in an internal digital passport. And all other countries of the Union are now required to take it.

It will look like a QR code in a free application for your phone, but border guards, bouncers and other verifiers will have to receive and printed versions, despite the name “Digital Certificate”. Eurochinnikov claim that the personal data of Europeans in this application will be protected, more than ever, transmitted when certified by horror information to the extreme minimum, and access to all data will soon expire, since the term of adopted law is limited to one year.

The EU hopes that the passports will be returned to freedom of movement and will avoid last year’s raffle of barriers inside the Union, who has not known borders for decades. They will facilitate and unify existing certificates about immunity or the absence of infection.

The next EU step hopes to turn inner counseling passports to foreign and convince other states, including the United States and the UK, recognize them.
