The European Union is preparing to introduce new sanctions against Roman Abramovich and other Russian entrepreneurs, writes Financial Times with reference to the draft document.
According to the publication, Abramovich was listed from 15 individuals in respect of which the possibility of applying restrictive measures was studied.
