European Union will send new billions to Ukraine

The European Union can provide Ukraine with the promised 5 billion euros included in the financial assistance package, by which the EU must transfer 9 billion euros to Kyiv. It is reported by Bloomberg.

It is reported that in the coming days the EU will allocate 2 billion euros, and then another 2.5 billion euros in the second half of November. Another 500 million euros are planned to be allocated to the Ukrainian capital in December.

EU countries could not agree on an accurate payment schedule due to disagreements.
