Ex-adviser of Chubais is preparing a complaint against Baku hotel

The famous Russian businessman, ex-adviser Anatoly Chubais Artem Bikov visited Baku on a private visit.

In an interview with the Russian media, Biks called Baku “a brilliant, friendly city with luxurious architecture.” Nevertheless, the businessman said that the Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard Hotel, in which he stopped, overshadowed his trip.

Recall that Artem Bikov was the deputy head of the Federal Service of Russia for Insolvency and Financial Recovery, and then the General Director of Tyumenenergo OJSC – the second largest energy system of Russia.

In October 2002, he headed the Ural Energy Management Company (UEUK) – a 100 percent subsidiary of RAO UES. In May 2003, he moved to the post of adviser to the chairman of the board of RAO UES Anatoly Chubais.

Since 2008, Bikov has been the president of the National Association of Engineering Companies.
