Ex-Deputy Minister of Culture in court did not recognize himself guilty

In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, the lawsuit continued on the criminal case of the former Deputy Minister of Culture of Rafik Bayramov, accused of bribery.

APA reports that at a meeting, chaired by the judge of Afghan Hajiyev, R. Baires did not recognize himself guilty of the charges nominated against him. The court suggested that the former deputy minister will give free testimony.

Lawyer R. Baires made a petition, noting that at present his client does not want to testify: “Rafik Bayramov wants to testify after testimony in court witnesses.”

R. Baires asked to satisfy the petition of a lawyer. The judge satisfied the petition.
