The ex-head of the department explained that he was walking along the beach with his wife when they accidentally stumbled upon the inscription on the sand: 8647.

The US Secret Service questioned the former head of the FBI James Komi because of his post.
As the media noted, the number 86 can be used in the meaning of “throwing someone from the bar for drunkenness”, and the 47th US president is Trump.
