According to information, Najafov, promising several employees of the Academy to arrange them to the ministry, write their dissertation, publish their articles in the authoritative scientific journals of the world or to achieve recognition in our country they received abroad, demanded and received from different citizens from three to five thousand manat.
Based on the complaints of the victims of the police to the unlawful actions of Najafov, an investigation is conducted.
