Baku ended the trial in the case of the former head of the executive authority of the city of Rasim Guliyev, accused of an illegal demolition of a residential building, which was considered a historical monument.
According to Haqqin.az, at the last court session, R. Guliyev made the last word. He did not agree with the accusation charged to him, the ex-head of the apparatus asked the court to make an exclusive sentence. “I and my family were injured in this matter,” Guliev said.
Then a sentence was read, according to which R. Guliev is deprived of liberty for three years.
We note that Rasim Guliyev was accused of unlawful notion about the demolition of a historic building on the street D.Aliyeva in Baku and issuing permission to build multi-storey houses of the company FF-2011.
