The Supreme Court examined the cassation appeal on the verdict against the ex-head of the Evlakhsky district of Gusia Samedov.
According to the decision, Article 313 (official forgery) was excluded from the prosecution. As a result of this, his punishment was reduced by three months, amounting to 5 years and 9 months.
