A measure of restraint has been changed in relation to the former Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the population Salim Muslimov.
As it became known to Haqqin.az, the decision of the Sabail District Court Salim Muslimov was released under house arrest. The decision was made taking into account the health status of ex-minister.
Recall, Salim Muslimov was arrested as a result of a special operation carried out by the SSB, he was charged under Articles 308.2 (abuse of official powers that entailed grave consequences), 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 (repeatedly received a large bribe). By a court decision against the ex-minister, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was elected.
