The ex-president of the Russian Federation also commented on the initiatives of the US Presidential Administration Joe Biden regarding the receipt of funds for Ukraine from Congress.
According to Medvedev, “the primitive blackmail of the US Congress by the Biden administration is not at all new and has historical precedents.”
