Explosions are heard under Belgorod

An explosion occurred near Belgorod, the Russian NTV TV channel said. In the photos posted in his Twitter, a column of smoke is visible.

In social networks, there are reports that the explosion occurred in Streletsky, a settlement near Belgorod.
