FBI report proved fact of surveillance of more than million Muslims in United States

The Council for American-Islamic Relations (Cair) said that they have evidence of the illegal surveillance of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) for Muslims in the United States for many years. This was announced in an interview with Anadolu was announced by the senior lawyer of Cair, Hader Abbas.

According to him, the FBI has been on the lists of Muslims living in the United States for many years and has been monitoring them. “There are already all the relevant evidence in hand,” he said.

Abbas recalled that on June 13, hackers were able to hack the site and get the secret report of the Federal Tax Service, which indicate that since 2017, representatives of the Muslim community on special lists have been introduced since 2017. “We already knew that Muslims in the United States were tracking. However, when we saw this report, we were shocked,” he said.

Abbas emphasized that before the attack on September 11, 2001, Muslims in the United States lived in peace and tranquility, but after this date, Muslims began to be perceived as a threat, to persecute.

According to him, under the presidents of George Bushchez the Younger, Barack Obama, Donalde Trump and Joe Bayden, Muslims are monitored by intelligence and security organs.

Abbas emphasized that the Muslims suspected the presence of surveillance, but before the report of the FBI they have in their hands.

“We have long suspected that the FBI was monitoring Muslims, but still seeing evidence from first -hand, we were shocked. We are talking about surveillance for more than millions of Muslims in the United States. The FBI really has a list of Muslims, and now we have good Evidence. Having almost unlimited resources, after September 11, the United States decided to have a reason to spy on the Muslim community, ”he said.

According to Abbas, up to 2500 mosques operate in the USA, and all Muslims visiting these mosques are surveillance. The FBI recruited thousands of people to work in the mosque to follow the Muslims, he said.
