VI International Folk Festival “Harybulbul” is planned to be held in the city of Shusha in May of this year.
This is stated in the plan of events approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan in connection with the announcement of the city of Shusha “Cultural capital of the Turkic world” for 2023.
Work on the organization of the festival is entrusted to the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the special representative office of the President of the AR in the Shushinsky district and the Office of the State Reserve of the city of Shusha.
