Finland plans to completely close the border for tourists from Russia on September 30, Russian media write.
Finland President Sauli Ninisto and the Government Committee on Foreign Policy and Security Policy recently said that the entry of Russian citizens on tourist visas is seriously undermining the international situation of Finland and decided to limit it.
