Armenian President Armen Sargsyan signed a decree on the appointment of Arakale Martikyan by the Deputy Head of the General Staff Armenia. According to Armenpress, the decree is published on the official website of the President of Armenia.
Recall, on August 9, 2021 by the Decree of the President Armen Sargsyan on the representation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikola Pashinyan Arakel Martikyan, was released from the post of head of the Main Department of Intelligence of the General Staff Armenia, Deputy Head of the General Staff Armenia.
