On the eve of the State Agency for the provision of services to citizens and social innovation, the online meeting was held, according to the results of the assessment of the “Asan Xidmət index”. During the meeting, it was noted that in 2021, Azərişıq was awarded the first place from 83.61%, showing the highest results among institutions that provide utilities.
As of 2020, utilities provided by the joint-stock company amounted to 45.31%, which is estimated at 3 stars on evaluation criteria. And in terms of the current year, the services of Azərişıq are awarded 5 stars.
For comparison, we note that providing utilities of Azərsu OJSC, estimated at 4 stars with 77.43%, Azəristiliktəchizat OJSC – 2 stars with 36.88%, by Azəriqaz – 2 stars from 22.10%.
