In the coming days, Elchin Bagirov, accused of fraud against the ex-deputy of the Supreme Majlis Nakhchivan, businessman Nasrullah Bayramov, will appear before the court.
According to Haggin.az, a preliminary investigation in the criminal case Elchin Bagirov, accused of large -scale fraud, has been completed. Materials in the criminal case were sent for consideration to the Baku court for serious crimes. The case is in the production of judge Azer Pashayev.
In addition to N. Bayramov, six more people were recognized as victims of the criminal case – Zaur Mirzoev, Natavan Akperov, Sabukhi Tagiev, Rashad Shirinov, Samir Dashdydov and Sadig Akper.
Note that Bagirov, under the pretext of engaging in the reinforcing business, received 230 thousand manat from Bayramov.
