Food safety agency refutes deputy statement

It says that the APB investigated the statement of the Tair Kerimley deputy on the Agency’s activities and brings to the attention of parliamentaria that “the control over illegal street trade is not included in the Agency’s activities. At the same time, the Codex on Administrative Offers of Azerbaijan does not provide for a fine in 1,400 manat for breaching food safety. Today, within the framework of the agency checks, there was not a single case of a fine of 1,400 manat for the sale of vegetables. “

APB responded that they were ready to answer all requests in connection with this issue.
