According to the Agency for State Asset Management of Uzbekistan, among the sold objects of the Sidzhak recreation area in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region on the territory of 5.38 hectares. The recreation area has hotels in 730 sq.m., sports facilities with an area of 855 sq.m, a total building of 335 sq.m, three pools of almost 250 sq.m, two fountains, cottage, amphitheater, water tower and other facilities .
The total land area of the complex, including buildings and structures, is 5.38 hectares.
In addition, such objects such as the Poyott Business Center, Ichan Cala and Recreation Zone, previously belonged to Gulnar Karimova, are exhibited on public aunts.
