According to the information, the consequence is established that citizens of Azerbaijan – Jumaev Mansur Mamedali Oglu, born in 1980, and Jahangirov Nasir Ghachay Oglu, born in 1971, took part in the activities not provided for by the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic of the Armed Formation outside the country.
Based on the investigation, it became known that Mansur Jumaev and Nasir Jahangirov, having left Azerbaijan in 2011 in order to join the illegal armed formation and illegally bypassing the territory of a foreign state, entered into the criminal community, headed by some Salahaddin, The composition of which participated in combat exercises and operations.
Mansur Jumaev and Nasir Jahangirov are brought to justice as accused under Article 12.1, 279.1 (participation in the activities of the Armed Formations not provided for by law outside the Republic of Azerbaijan) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, with respect to them by the decision of the court elected a preventive measure in the form of arrest.
