The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (TsBA) predicts that by the end of this year the increase in prices in Azerbaijan will remain at the current level, the general director of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (TsBA) vugar Akhmedov said at the online press conference.
“We have forecasts for inflation based on various scenarios. All of them show that inflation will remain at the current level, approaching the upper boundary of the target range. The forecast of the Central Bank for inflation for 2022 is 4% (plus minus 2%) . Under the upper boundary of the target range is meant 6%, but in the medium term we think about approaching 4%, ”he said.
