Foreign Minister of Germany Johann Vadiful arrived with an undeclared visit to Kyiv, the press service of the country’s foreign policy.

“Ukrainians defend not only the freedom and sovereignty of their country, but also the safety and freedom of Europe from the aggression [President of the Russian Federation] Putin. Therefore, we will continue to concentrate our attention on the support of Ukraine. Freedom and the future of Ukraine are the most important task of our foreign policy and security policy,” the Minister for arrival in Kyiv said.
Vadelful noted that Germany will continue to support Ukraine with the help of modern air defense and other weapons. He also promised to provide humanitarian and economic assistance so that Ukraine could “successfully defend itself.”
“This is the promise with which I am going to Kyiv today,” he emphasized.
The Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Foreign Affairs also added that together with the EU and the G7 partners continue to work on sanctions against Russia.
Note, this is the first visit of Johanna Vadiful to Kyiv after taking office.
