Serbia attaches special importance to strategic cooperation with Azerbaijan. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivitsa Dachich during a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister Jahun Bayramov.
The press service of the Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry said that during a telephone conversation, ministers discussed the current state and prospects for strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Serbia, as well as cooperation on multilateral platforms.
The parties emphasized the importance of mutual visits of a high level, profitable interaction within the framework of international organizations, economic and cultural cooperation, including in the areas of energy, high technologies, transport, education, tourism, alternative energy, in the humanitarian region, etc.
Minister Ivitsa Dachich said that Serbia attaches particular importance to strategic cooperation with Azerbaijan, noted the importance of mutual support for sovereignty and territorial integrity of the two countries.
During a telephone conversation, an exchange of views on other issues representing mutual interest took place.
