Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan expressed the hope that the peace negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine starting in Istanbul will “allow you to open a new page.”
The diplomat said this at an informal meeting of the heads of the Foreign Ministry of NATO countries in Turkish Antalya.
The Turkish Minister also announced the need to form “Safety network extending from Texas to Ankara” within NATO.
