Foreign Minister of Ukraine on negotiations with Lavrov: Perhaps he wants to convey something

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said that he would negotiate with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov with an understanding that he was one of the architects of hostilities in Ukraine. This was announced by the head of the foreign policy department himself, reports UNIAN.

He noted that the meeting scheduled for March 10 with Lavrov will take place, primarily thanks to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlyut Chavushoglu.

“I don’t know, Erdogan persuaded Putin, or Chavushoglu – Lavrov. It worries little. But the meeting will be held,” said Kuleba.

According to him, Lavrov two years old in every way avoided any meeting and contact with him at the bilateral level or in the format of the Norman Four.

“And here suddenly agreed, so maybe he wants to convey something, pass, talk about something. We will listen, but I can completely frankly and calmly say that I’m going to talk about, I will talk to him, but I I will speak with him with a complete understanding that Mr. Lavrov is one of the architects of all that is happening, “he stressed.

Commenting on the words of the President of Ukraine on the discussion on the negotiations of the issue of Crimea and Donbass, the Culba stressed that Ukraine is not in that position to come to negotiations with the desire to pass something.
