The fact that the Russian Federation is ready to conduct negotiations without any prerequisites, ultimatums and demands – already win, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba.
“I think the fact that Russia is ready to negotiate without any prerequisites, without any ultimatum, without any requirements sent to Ukraine, has already been victory for Ukraine,” the words of the Ukrainian Minister interfax-Ukraine leads.
Also Dmitry Kuleba said that Ukraine is not going to give up and capitulate as a result of negotiations with Russia, but wants to listen and say his opinion. According to him, Ukraine does not capitulate and will not give any inches of its territory.
