Forest Fire At Large Canyon In Arizona In Day Has Grown Almost 20 Times

In the area of the Great Canyon in the north of Arizona in the United States, a large -scale forest fire arose, which increased almost 20 times in a day.

According to NBC News, a fire in the National Park of Big Canyon began due to a lightning strike.

Under the influence of strong winds and abnormal heat, fire area increased from 1000 to about 20,000 acres.

In connection with the threat of security from the danger zone, about 500 visitors of the park were evacuated.

Local authorities continue active work on localization and extinguishing a fire.
