On August 1, the management center in crisis situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan received information about the fire in the forest belt near the village of Honuba Yardymlinsky district (mountainous terrain with complex relief).
As reported by the site of the Ministry, units of the fire service, employees of the Saving Special Risk Service and the Southern Regional Center for the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as employees of the Forestry Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Local Residents.
According to preliminary information, there are dry leaves, shrubs, dried trees on an area of about 15 hectare.
