This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.
“At the same time, taking into account the current situation, a regrouping of forces and means was made to concentrate the main efforts to extinguish local foci of decay and prevent the occurrence of new ones,” the Ministry of Emergencies said in a statement.
According to information, “before the complete elimination, a constant spill of the locations of localized foci will be carried out, as well as the overflow and filling of the edge of the fire with soil”.
In extinguishing a fire in the Abay region, more than 60 aviators of the Ministry of Emergencies were involved.
