The first Prime Minister of Armenia, ex-Minister of Defense of the country Vazgen Manukyan wrote on his page on Facebook, which opposes further negotiations with Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Manukyan believes that “in connection with the state policy of Azerbaijan, to continue negotiations with Azerbaijan or Turkey equivalent to cowardice, stupidity.”
In his opinion, “the refusal of negotiations will not lead to a new war.”
