The law enforcement officers detained the former Minister of Labor and the social protection of Dagestan Rasul Ibrahimov on charges of creating a criminal community and fraud on 620 million rubles, referred to in the statement of the RF IC, reports RIA Novosti.

According to the investigation, since 2017 to September 2018, Ibragimov created a criminal community to obtain a stable criminal income, which includes the structural units of the Ministry of Labor and the social development of Dagestan. Their main goal was theft of budget money allocated to the social services of the citizens of the elderly and the disabled.
It is noted that the money was kidnapped through the fictitiously designed employees of social centers, as well as paying unreasonable and overestimated subordinate premiums, some of which were returned to the alleged fraudsters.
“Ibrahimov together with the leaders and participants of the criminal community in the period from 2017 to 2018 by deception kidnapped budget money in the amount of over 620 million rubles than the damage to a particularly large amount of the budget of the Republic of Dagestan,” the report says.
Ibrahimov detained, in the near future the petition will be presented in the court of election of preventive measures in the form of detention.
