A preparatory court hearing in the Baku Court of Crime was held in a criminal case against a 33-year-old former employee of the Azerbaijan Embassy of Najib Osmanov, accused of assigning an especially large amount, abuse of official powers and official forgery. During his work, he appropriated a large amount of funds allocated to the embassy from the state budget.
