Former Prime Minister Imran Khan was arrested in Islamabad

The former Prime Minister of Pakistan and the leader of the opposition party “The Justice Movement” (PTI) Imran Khan was arrested on Tuesday in Islamabad.

According to local media, the politician arrived in the capital from Lahore in order to participate in a court meeting.

The official reason for the arrest of the leader of the opposition party “The Justice Movement” was not disclosed.

One of the leaders of PTI Musarrat Chim wrote Twitter that the politician was beaten and underwent.
