Former Rector of Baku Slavic University filed complaint against head of department

The former rector of the Baku Slavic University Nurlan Aliyev filed a complaint against the former head of the University of Durdan Aliyev.

According to haqqin.az, this became known at a court meeting in the Durdana Aliyeva case in the Baku court for serious crimes.

The materials of the court stated that Nurlan Aliyeva complained about her namesake of the Prosecutor General, as well as the Ministry of Science and Education. The complaint says that D. Aliev allegedly assigned students money using her official position.

In addition, N. Aliyeva accused D. Alieva of bringing her damage to her, which is why she suffered the disease.

Earlier, the court decided on the forced drive to the court of the former rector of the Baku Slavic University of Nurlan Aliyeva as a witness. The latter left the country while discussing the decision.

Recall that on the basis of numerous complaints about the unlawful actions of the Durders Aliyeva received from students, the main department for the fight against corruption under the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan conducted an investigation and a criminal case was opened under Articles 178.3.2 (fraud committed with causing major damage ), 32.4, 312.2 (incitement to giving a bribe), 311.1 (receipt of a bribe) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.

In her testimony at the court, D. Aliyeva said that she committed the actions indicated in the prosecution with the participation of the former rector.

N. Aliyeva in 2016-2021 was the rector of the Baku Slavic University.
