Former Settlement Intelligence Officer of the United States of the United States Scott Ritter believes that Washington “is preparing to replace the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky” represented by the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Army General Valery Zaluzhny.
“people like General Zaluzhny will determine the future of Ukraine. When the conflict comes to the final stage, it is he who will sit at the negotiations from Kyiv,” said Ritter.
He pointed out that “in the Western media there is a tendency to set actions and statements of Salary to the forefront by reducing the citation of Zelensky.” Ritter claims that “the President of Ukraine no longer has the previous government and is not able to counteract decisions in Washington.”
