The National Assembly of France adopted a resolution on Tuesday, which calls for the authorities of the country and the EU to introduce the Russian PMC Wagner on the list of terrorist organizations.
The resolution was adopted unanimously.
The document is not legally binding.
The resolution was introduced to the vote by deputies from the ruling party “Renaissance”.
MP from Renaissance Benjamin Haddad expressed the hope that the resolution will prompt Brussels to add Wagner to his official list of terrorist organizations.
