France: Statue Of President Macron Was Stolen From Museum

From the Museum of Wax Figures in the capital of France Paris, a statue of President Emmanuel Macron was stolen.

According to local media, citing sources in the police, the theft occurred at the Greven Museum in the 9th District of Paris, where wax statues of famous figures were exhibited.

Two women and a man entered the museum in the morning and stole a statue of Macron.

Suspects, presumably members of the Greenpeace environmental organization, were disguised as museum staff.

The suspects wrapped a statue in the fabric and carried it through the door of the museum spare exit.

The cost of the statue is approximately 40 thousand euros.
