France intends to participate in demining operations on the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. This was stated by the French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zakari Gross in an interview with Real TV, while visiting Sugovsene.
According to Gross, France hopes to accelerate the dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
“Our presence here was important. We saw a mine near the village. We also hope that we will have the opportunity to cooperate in the field of water supply, amelioration, electrification,” he noted.
Ambassador also stressed that the government of France is ready to provide support: “There is a project on bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and France. I am glad to see the development of territories liberated from occupation. At the same time, we hope for peace and constant dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia for the development of both countries. “
